Electrical repairs are the top priority! Bamboo ladders and a bag of tools seems to be all that is needed! Safe? Maybe, but I'll just enjoy the view from the ground, thank you very much! But seriously, these guys along with the garbage collectors (hey, sanitation engineers) are heroes!
